How a visit works

  1. Come out to the farm

Come on a Saturday or Sunday between 9 am and 4 pm. Directions are above.

  2. Choose your tree

Take your time. Walk the rows and look at all three firs before you decide.

  3. Cut it down

We provide the saws. Cut as low as you can for a longer trunk in the stand.

  4. Take it home

Pay before you head out. Tying it to the roof? Bring rope or straps, or buy rope here for $10.

Before you come

Do we need to bring a saw or rope?

No. We provide saws, and we sell rope for $10 if you're tying your tree to the roof.

What should we wear?

Rubber boots if you have them, because the rows get muddy by December. Bring gloves too. Fir branches are scratchy.

How tall a tree should we get?

Measure your ceiling before you come, and leave about 30 cm (one foot) for the stand and the star on top.
